I am the owner of Greenacre Dog Agility and Training and I am a Certified Professional Dog Trainer-Knowledge Assessed (CPDT-KA). I also hold certificates in Puppy Instructor, Leash Walking Instructor, Recalls Instructor, Pet first aide and CPR and Aggression in Dogs Behaviour Certificate. I am a member of Pet Professional Guild and Canadian Association of Professional Dog Trainers. I am currently enrolled in a new Behaviour Certification course and am an approved trainer for an online training forum.
I also have extensive experience training and competing in Agility and have competed at the National Level with my dog Benjamin.
I am committed to continuing education and staying current in this ever evolving training industry.
I love dogs and cannot imagine life without them, but I too have shared my life with dogs who have fear, anxiety and behaviour issues. Using force free method, desensitizing and counter conditioning, and listening closely to my dog's body language I have helped my own dogs enjoy life to the fullest and approach new experiences with joyful exuberance.
